At Seventeen~Reprise

Now no mean comments on the cat glasses, OK? They were the height of fashion in 1964! This picture was taken just a month or so before I met James.

So cute! And, I had glasses very similar to yours.....but they were white with RHINESTONES! Whoooopeeee! I laugh when I look back at them. I actually just bought new glasses last week....they had some sort of like those oldies!

Hope all is well with you and yours!

Huggies!

I think you were beautiful Bonnie! I had the same kind of glasses, except mine were pink and had rhinestones in the corners. Not near as good looking as those!

I LOVE it! The hair, the glasses, everything! In fact, if I could find a pair of glasses like that (and they didn't cost a fortune like my current pair do) I buy them in a heartbeat!

Just checking to see if you guys were still there. Funny isn't it? Funny how the younger girls want glasses just like that. Oh baby, don't do it!

I always took my glasses off.
I had a "bun" on top of my head even though my hair was cut short.
It's always fun to look back!
Blessings to you and yours,
Susie
