Through Faye's blog I have discovered a new and very fun site that I wanted to share. Picnik is a free photo editing sight that is very easy to navigate and I can see all kinds of creative possibilities. I just fooled around with it for a couple of minutes and embellished these photos just for the learning. Aren't they cute? Now I know I really will not be doing any real life scrapbooking~too time consuming and expensive!

Hi Bonnie,
I am Nellie from Nellies cozy place.
Thanks so much for leaving a comment and inviting me to your blog. I enjoyed it very much,
I can tell we have the same kind of heart. We have lived in the same place for close to 30 years
as well, and I have never taken it
for granted either. This home was
like a gift from God, a palace for me, more than I ever dreamt of, as I grew up in a single parent home with not a lot of frills. Bless my Mom tho, she worked very heart to support us.
I will definitely be back, as soon
as I know how to put myself on as a follower, I will. I have much to learn still.
Thanks so much for your encouragement.
Blessings, Nellie
I always wondered how people did that to their photos. Thanks for the link!!
I have always wanted to be able to apply script to my photos. I've never been able to master it. That is an interesting link. Have bookmarked it until I have time to fully explore it! Thanks!
Hi Bonnie,
I def. have to go check this out!! I would love to play with my photos. Hubby is suppose to bring a photo shop CD home from the office but hasn't yet.
Thank you for your kind comments!
Yes the course I would take in Jacksonville is IRIS. It's $2500.
I don't think I would be able to do it until the economy turns around, but would SO love to!! I help people I know all the time already, but it would be great to get paid for it, you know?
Have a blessed weekend!! I'll be back on Monday!!
Oh and thanks for making Nellie feel welcomed to blogland!!
Hugs and joy,
Becky
I was glad you liked the site. I am looking forward to playing around with it more. I thought it was pretty user friendly - which is a must for me - or else I get frustrated. Cute pictures of your grandkids! By the way, I'm so excited we get to have you back in our ward. I look forward to seeing you soon.
